#SURRENDERED: She thought the camera was a gun

This Syrian girl is four-year-old. Her name is Adi Hudea. Since her father died in the 2012 Hama massacre, she has been living with her traumatised mother at the Atmen refugee camp on Syria's border with Turkey.
When Turkish photojournalist, Osman Sagirli, pointed his camera at little Hudea to take a shot, she lifted up her hands in surrender, thinking it was a gun.
The terror in those eyes, clenched fists and tight lips is heartbreaking and should prick the conscience of warmongers worldwide.
