Police arrest late Silverbird staff's boyfriend

There were indications, yesterday, that late Aishat Noble Mustapha, the Silverbird staff, was allegedly murdered by her boyfriend.
At 7pm yesterday, the alleged assailant was being interrogated by police operatives. But he reportedly kept mum, requesting to speak with his lawyer.
Investigation so far carried out on the late Aisha showed that she was stabbed 11 times. The stabs were on her heck, stomach, shoulder and arm regions.
The late Aisha, who worked at the box office of the Silverbird Galleria, reportedly left her office at about 7.30pm for her abode in Ogudu, Lagos.
However, as she was about to drive into her building, her boyfriend reportedly emerged from nowhere and engaged her in a verbal confrontation.
Report had it that the love birds had been having issues relating to infidelity, with the boyfriend accusing Aisha of dating another man.
The argument reportedly degenerated into fisticuffs, during which Aisha was dragged out of her car before being stabbed several times.
She was reportedly abandoned by her boyfriend in the pool of her blood.
