Kardashian has said she has
sex with husband Kanye 'multiple times a day' in an attempt to get pregnant
with second baby.
The 34-year-old reality star
said the effort has left her moody and exhausted. For instance, during her
recent nude photo shoot, she called Kanye to come over so they can have sex as
she was ovulating.
Doctors have told her to lie
supine after sex to give Kanye's sperm chance to get to ground zero. She is
said to even be considering a surrogate mother.
