The Deputy Speaker of Delta
State House of Assembly, Hon Friday Osanebi, has said that the victory of
Governor Ifeanyi Okowa at the election petition tribunal further re-established
that the April polls’ victory was an act of God.
He said: “I am not surprised by
the outcome of the election petition tribunal judgment because Governor Okowa
has both support from God and the people of Delta state. This ruling has
further deepened our democracy and proven that our judicial system can be
relied upon.” Vanguard
